Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, we recommend booking a private appointment to ensure a personalised experience and dedicated time with our stylist.
Can I view your dresses before visiting?
We don’t showcase our full collection online. Many of our gowns are exclusive, and we believe they’re best discovered in person. Your appointment is where we introduce you to designs selected specifically for you.
What size range do you cater for?
We work across sizes 4/6 to 26. Every gown is made to order, and our in-house alterations refine it to your exact measurements, so the fit is never a compromise.
What is the price range of your gowns?
Gowns start from AUD $12,000. Final pricing depends on the design, fabric and the level of hand-embellishment involved, a fully custom couture piece is priced individually at your consultation. We sell only, we don’t offer hire.
Do you offer veils or accessories?
Yes — veils, crowns, and accessories are available to purchase, so you can complete your entire bridal look in one place.
When should I start looking for my gown?
For a custom couture piece, we recommend beginning 9–12 months before your wedding. For a gown from the current collection, 6–9 months allows time for fitting and alterations. If your timeline is shorter, contact us, we’ll let you know what’s realistic.
What if my wedding is soon?
If your wedding date is approaching, please still contact us. We may be able to suggest suitable gowns or options for a shorter timeline.
Do you have ready-to-purchase gowns?
Yes, we offer both ready-to-purchase gowns and custom-made options depending on your needs and timeline.
When should I choose my veil or accessories?
Accessories are usually chosen once your gown direction is confirmed, so the overall look feels balanced, refined, and complete.

Yes — there’s free parking in the street or nearby streets, making your visit easy and stress-free.
What does couture mean?
Couture refers to a high level of craftsmanship, refined construction, premium fabrics, and attention to detail in both fit and finish.
What does made-to-size mean?
Made-to-size means your gown is produced according to your measurements for a more considered fit than a standard off-the-rack purchase.
Can I customise an existing design?
Yes, depending on the gown, we may be able to customise details such as neckline, sleeves, structure, train length, or embellishments.
Do you do alterations in-house?
Yes — all alterations are completed in-house by our expert bridal seamstresses, ensuring every gown is refined with precision and care.
